We are a Canadian couple dreaming of our retirement in Costa Rica. We fell in love with the country, its people, and with Casa Armon\u00eda. While working remotely, we escape the cold and busy life back home by spending time here. As we move closer to our retirement dream, we plan to enjoy winters in Costa Rica and summers in Canada. Welcome to our Costa Rican Oasis, Casa Armonia, a contemporary two-bedroom home in one of the most prestigious gated communities in El Coco. This beautiful single-story home offers the perfect blend of modern elegance and tropical charm with stylish furniture and decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon arrival at Casa Armonia, you\u2019ll be greeted with a modern and sophisticated open-concept layout, which includes a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The home also has two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a private terrace with a plunge pool and outdoor shower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The living room has a comfortable couch and ottoman, a smart TV, and a wooden dining table that can seat four under a bohemian-style rattan light fixture. In addition to high ceilings and windows that fill the space with natural light, there is a large sliding glass door in the living room that leads to a private terrace with a sparkling plunge pool, an outdoor shower, and boho-style lounge chairs and couches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gourmet chef\u2019s kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has high-end granite countertops, a spacious breakfast bar with stylish rattan light fixtures, a white subway-tile backsplash, and refined wood cabinets and shelving. The kitchen\u2019s sleek look perfectly complements the modern space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casa Armonia can sleep four guests in two spacious bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish decor. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, beautiful high ceilings, and a sliding glass door that leads to the private terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a built-in desk and office chair, and a sliding glass door that leads right to the pool. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers and elegant vanities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This home is in a private gated community with 24\/7 security. In addition to the private pool, the community has a larger pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests to use and a shaded area with tables and chairs. The home also comes with a covered carport for up to two vehicles and includes an in-unit washer and dryer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
